The Firepit Restaurant & Grill

The Firepit Restaurant & Grill is a 10/10! Don't let the location fool you because this is a hidden gem! Locally owned with amazingly delicious and juicy steaks that are also locally sourced that will make you never want to eat another steak anywhere else. We ordered the 20oz ribeye Bone-in, it was cooked perfectly to our request, the seasoning is mouthwatering and the butter makes it so savory. The asparagus is cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes are amazingly creamy. Our waitress, Marla, is super sweet and took really great care of us! On Friday and Saturday they have exquisite seafood and prime rib options. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. Don't forget to grab some home made pizzelles on your way out, they are very tasty! Support this local restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Really great experience at the Firepit! The restaurant was very clean inside. The prices are extremely affordable. My husband got the New York Strip and I got the Club. The fries are hand cut and amazing. The club was enormous and the bacon is very thick. If you order the club you should split it because it’s SO BIG! I wanted calamari and cannoli but they were out of both. It was busy for a Tuesday night! I do suggest they play some music because it was quiet in there and I felt like everyone can hear each others conversations hahaha but overall a great experience and I want to go back for a seafood boil!

My husband and I love this place, everyone is so friendly and helps each other out! We had our drink to us within seconds , we placed our food order and they had it to us hot and ready within maybe 5 mins. The owner came out and spoke to us. Food was amazing and it’s affordable! If you haven’t tried this place I highly recommend you go asap!! This is our new place to eat.

The service was excellent She was pleasant. Friday's prime rib was great, my wife's seafood boil was great. Price for drinks and meal was reasonable to any upscale steak house.

My first time at this restaurant and I'll definitely be going back. I had dinner here a couple nights ago and had the house salad, mozzarella sticks, 20 oz. bone in ribeye that was cooked to a perfect medium temp & grilled shrimp & a loaded baked potato. I washed it all down with a cold glass of sweet tea. This restaurant had a good flow of customers coming and going the whole time I was there. Maria was great in giving me the downlow on what's what and a bit of the Firepits history. I do recommend this restaurant if you would like to try a new place for dinner in Pueblo CO. This is a very comfortable restaurant and the staff here are all great.

We had a delicious dinner this evening. Prime rib for me and country fried steak for my husband. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. . The service was great! All of the servers were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I highly recommend this restaurant.
